Job Responsibilities

  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Keep the record of vouchers/bills/petty cash
  • Management of petty cash transactions.
  • Organize and maintain financial record
  • Administration of income and expenditure
  • Bank transaction entries and timely preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements
  • Prepare the daily journal entries
  • Prepare weekly/monthly account reconciliations in support of financial statements
  • Prepare the monthly balance sheet

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
